Everybody is in full fitness, health and body composition mode but not everybody has a daily routine that they can do. I enjoy giving people a way to not only shape and sculpt their body the right way, but to maintain it and not make it feel like a tough workout. Below is a routine that you can follow for yourself while at the gym to get the ball rolling in case it hasn’t rolled anywhere yet, This is a very simple, easy to follow routine that will literally have you looking beach ready and will guarantee you to start feeling incredible about yourself. This for MEN and WOMEN! The ONLY trick is: YOU have to be consistent with this workout for this routine to work. Here we go!
Superset
Barbell Squat -5 sets of 12 reps
Leg Press – 5 sets of 12 reps
Superset
Stiff-Legged Barbell Deadlift – 5 sets of 12 reps
Seated Leg Curl – 5 sets of 12 reps
Superset
Barbell Lunge – 5 sets of 12 reps
Standing Calf Raises – 5 sets of 12 reps
Exercise Ab Roller – 50 reps
